Software Licence Agreement.
A licence agreement is displayed during installation of our software.

Purchased copies of our software are supplied with a licence. You use this
licence to register the software on our web site.
The software will run in evaluation (restricted) mode until the product is registered.
Our software items are normally
registered on-line. If you do not have an internet connection you may register by an email process.
Since the licence details are revealed to the customer, the purchase price is
Evaluation copies are NOT supplied with a licence and are priced to cover Manufacture, Packing and Shipping. The cost of the evaluation CD is non
The price you pay for an evaluation copy is deducted if you decide to purchase a licence.
SWAP Library CD’s are not supplied on Evaluation, do not
require on-line registration using a licence, are copy capable media and the costs for these products are therefore non-refundable.
Each customer shall be solely responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, or other taxes.
All outgoing and incoming email is screened using Symantec
We allow this software to conduct automatic Live Updates to ensure the most recent Anti Virus definitions are used for screening.

Warranty for goods provided.
Software items and SWAP Library CD’s are guaranteed for a period of 3 months.
A replacement will be supplied if a CD is found to be damaged or faulty within that time. Otherwise, goods supplied are non-returnable
Our software is fully tested before release to users. However, we acknowledge that it is not possible to guarantee that software is completely bug free.
In the event of a bug being reported, we are committed to applying a fix as a matter of urgency. Any such fixes are posted on our Product Support Web Site as Program updates.
Program updates are normally released to introduce product enhancements, and can be downloaded free of charge by users.
